VELVETT PTE. LTD. (UEN 202237392E) (“VELVETT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the Kuraza pre-registration website at https://kuraza.live/ (the “Site”) and the Kuraza service currently in development (“Kuraza”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, retain and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (2020 Revised Edition) of Singapore (the “PDPA”) and other applicable laws.
If you reside in Japan, Annex A also applies to you. If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Annex B also applies to you. Where an Annex is inconsistent with the main body, the Annex prevails for the individuals it covers.
